Once you have registered your details within SmartSource and agreed to the Confidentiality Agreement, you will be emailed a username and password within 24 hours on the next Business Day which will enable you to access documentation.
Can the Blood Service accept late submissions?
No, to ensure a transparent and equitable process late tenders are generally not accepted unless a supplier can clearly document to the satisfaction of the National Procurement Manager that an event of exceptional circumstances prevent timely submission.

How do I know what criteria the Blood Service is using to evaluate a tender?

How will I know if I have been shortlisted?
You will be informed by the relevant party. The tender documents will list the dates of when The Blood Service will respond to the market.
Can I find out why I was unsuccessful in a tender?
